South Holland Brownfield Land Register

To inform Members of the Planning Committee of the update to the South Holland District Brownfield Land Register, which will be published on the Council’s website (Report of the Portfolio Holder for Growth and the Portfolio Holder for Place enclosed).

Committee Arrangements

Chairman to ask the committee to give consideration to a change of start time for future planning committees, from evening to afternoon.  Suggested start time of 2pm.  Meeting time limit would remain at 4 hours.

 

A move to daytime meetings could facilitate Case Officers presenting their own reports and answering detailed questions from Councillors, including those arising from any information given by public speakers.
